Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, to the US, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe. Express shipping within the US is available at checkout for $7.95.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
- United States: typically 7–12 business days after your order ships
- Canada, United Kingdom and Europe (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Spain, Italy): typically 8–20 business days, free standard shipping

30-day happiness promise
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send it back.
Returns
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened teas, supplements, herbal drops and skincare can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
